The platform offers digital tools that allow sellers to:

  • create an online presence through a store page
  • register orders in the system
  • direct customers to the seller's own payment pages

Wonderstores does not act as a reseller of products, nor as a financial intermediary.

The platform does not process payments nor hold customer funds.

3. Eligibility — Professional Sellers Only

The use of the Wonderstores infrastructure is intended exclusively for professional sellers with an open commercial activity.

The seller declares that they:

  • have a legally registered commercial activity
  • are authorized to issue tax documents when applicable
  • comply with all legal obligations associated with their activity

Wonderstores may request information or documentation to verify the seller's activity.

4. Commercial Relationship with the Customer

All transactions carried out through the Wonderstores infrastructure are established directly between the customer and the seller.

The seller is responsible for:

  • products or services sold
  • prices and sales conditions
  • order delivery
  • warranties and returns
  • issuance of invoices or tax documents
  • compliance with applicable legislation

5. Seller Onboarding Process

5.1 Creating the Store Page

The seller initiates the process by creating their store page through the application:

https://app.store.wonderstores.eu

In this application, the seller can:

  • create the store's landing page
  • enter business and contact information
  • configure the store's basic identity

5.2 Seller Activation

To start selling, the seller must complete the registration in the application:

https://app.checkout.wonderstores.eu

This registration allows:

  • activating the seller account
  • associating the store with the order system
  • enabling sales registration on the platform

5.3 Store Identification

The store name must be used consistently across both systems.

The store identifier will be used to:

  • create the store's public page
  • identify the seller account
  • automatically associate orders with the seller

6. Store Page and Changes

The initial creation of the store page is included in the onboarding process.

After the page is created, changes requested by the seller may be subject to an administrative fee of €40 per intervention.

Wonderstores reserves the right to technically assess the requested changes.

7. Catalog Management

7.1 Seller Responsibility

Managing the product catalog on the platform is the responsibility of the seller.

The seller is responsible for:

  • creating products
  • adding photographs
  • descriptions and content
  • prices
  • metadata and SEO content when applicable

7.2 Category Structure

The platform provides a category structure.

During onboarding, the seller may be asked to indicate the necessary categories and subcategories to organize their products.

Wonderstores may create or adjust categories according to these needs.

7.3 Catalog Management Services

If the seller wishes to delegate catalog creation or management, Wonderstores may provide this service under a separate agreement.

8. Payments

Payment for orders is made directly to the seller, through the payment methods defined by the seller themselves.

Wonderstores:

  • does not process payments
  • does not hold customer funds

9. Payment Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, the seller must update the order status in the system.

Payment confirmation is the responsibility of the seller.

10. Platform Usage Plans

Wonderstores offers different usage plans.

Free Plan

  • up to 50 active products
  • 5% commission on sales

Annual Plan

  • up to 300 active products
  • 2% commission on sales

Premium Plan

Premium plans may be defined on a case-by-case basis, with specific commercial conditions.

11. Invoicing and Commission Payment

Commissions are calculated monthly.

Wonderstores will issue an invoice in the first week of the following month.

The seller must pay the invoice within 10 days of its issuance.

In case of default, Wonderstores may suspend the seller's account until regularized.

12. Order Registration and Commercial Lead Generation

To initiate an order on the platform, the customer must provide their contact details.

When an order or cart is initiated in the system, the customer's data is made available to the seller to allow for purchase tracking.

In these cases, it is considered that a commercial lead has been generated through the Wonderstores infrastructure.

The Wonderstores platform also functions as a system for generating business opportunities for sellers.

Whenever a customer initiates an order and provides their contact details, a commercial opportunity is created that can be used by the seller to:

  • complete the sale
  • contact the customer
  • provide clarification

The applicable commissions reflect not only the registration of completed sales, but also the cost of customer acquisition and commercial lead generation through the platform.

This model allows for significantly lower commissions than those practiced by traditional marketplaces.

13. Use of Leads Generated by the Platform

Contact data obtained through orders initiated on the platform must be used exclusively for communication related to that order or sales process.

14. Platform Usage

The seller undertakes to use the Wonderstores infrastructure legitimately and in accordance with applicable legislation.

The platform may not be used for:

  • illegal activities
  • selling prohibited products
  • fraudulent practices

15. Account Suspension or Closure

Wonderstores reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that:

  • violate these terms
  • have outstanding debts
  • use the platform abusively or illegally

The seller may request account closure at any time.

16. Service Availability

Wonderstores strives to keep the platform operational, and may perform necessary technical interventions or updates.

17. Platform Ownership

The Wonderstores infrastructure, including software, technical structure, and platform operation, is owned by Wonderstores.

Updated versions will be published on the platform.

19. Acceptance
